Immerse yourself in sound vibrations. Gong and sound baths are a form of sound healing meditation to promote a state of deep relaxation. It has been described to be a sonic massage as your body and mind respond to the sounds and vibrations; encouraging a holistic restoration to body, mind and soul.

What to expect at Gong Bath
Lying down comfortably, (if it is more comfortable for you to sit on a chair, that’s no problem at all) allow your eyes to close, your mind to settle. A guided meditation will begin your sonic meditative journey, welcoming your mind, body and spirt to ‘bathe’ in the healing vibrations of the beautiful harmonic frequencies created by Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Frame Drums and other therapeutical sound instruments.
Shunyata, meaning the ‘Sacred Space in Sanskrit, will conclude your Gong and Sound Bath. A quiet moment of profound contrasting silence after the sound.

What to bring to Gong Bath
Mat to lie on (Yoga mat, camping mat, duvet to lie on - the floor is hard, please bring what your need to be comfortable to lie on). There are limited Yoga mats at the studio, please let me know if you require one.
Pillow(s) support for your head and/or under knees if required
Blanket
Eye mask (optional)
Bottle of water
Wear comfy clothes, layers, warm socks
